A playbook watches for a coach who has not replied, drafts the next email for you to review and send, and hands the decision to your team when it is done. It never sends on its own. It stops after 3 follow-ups, or the moment a coach replies.
Know the rules before you need them
Plain-language lessons, checklists and a glossary. Each one shows where it came from and when. This is education, not legal, tax or eligibility advice: contracts go to an attorney, taxes to a tax professional, and eligibility questions to your school's compliance office or your athletic association. Nothing here sends your information to anyone.

AI features run on your own provider account, at your own cost, so you control spend and can bill it to your clients your way. ARS never sees your usage bill.
Get a key: console.anthropic.com. To change only the model, leave the key blank. Switching provider needs that provider's key.
Team
Agency staff who can sign in to every case in this org. The owner manages the team and does not use a staff seat. Families are invited from the Overview tab, not here.
Export your data
A zip of your organization's own records: athletes and cases, intakes, tasks, target colleges, film links, document records, messages, events, weekly check-ins, coach replies and your own coach list. It leaves out uploaded files, billing, text message records, AI usage, the shared coach directory and other organizations. Only the organization owner can export, and each export is logged.
