ARS is software a recruiting agency uses to manage its own clients' recruiting cases: tracking outreach to college coaches, sharing film, recording coach replies, and surfacing gaps in a family's recruiting profile. ARS is the software provider. The recruiting services themselves — advice, outreach strategy, and the relationship with a family — are provided by the agency, not by ARS.
Nothing in ARS, including any AI-assisted feature, states or implies a guaranteed scholarship, roster spot, coach response, or admission decision. Recruitability scores and gap detection reflect what is on file for a case, not a prediction or promise about that athlete's outcome.
An agency account represents that it has the authority to manage the cases it enters into ARS, and that it has obtained any consent required from a family before entering their information or sending them a message through the product — including the guardian consent required before texting a minor, described in the SMS & Messaging Policy.
ARS does not currently charge fees. This section will be replaced with actual pricing terms before any billing is introduced — nothing here should be read as a current or future price commitment.
Either party may stop using ARS at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly anything touching guardian consent or minor safety.
ARS is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, After Today, LLC disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
